ABOUT COPIS
The purposes of the Council of Professors of Instructional Supervision are:
To provide a professional forum for consideration, discussion, review, and/or critique of proposals, propositions, and projections regarding supervision of instruction.
To stimulate communication, cooperation, and coordination among professors of instructional supervision.
To give continuing attention to the improvement of the theory and practice of supervision.
To foster the development and publication of manuscripts on current research, theory, and practice in supervision of instruction.
To maintain interest in, recognition of, and support for the field of instructional supervision.
